Not arriving til Thursday. What is the best camp

I ended up getting a couple of those $100 tickets. I am unable to get up there till Thursday or maybe even Friday.

What is the best campground to try to since I will be getting there so later?

Just get the vehicle reservation for whatever campground you want to be in. You'll have last pick for a spot no matter what so it might as well be in the place you want. As long as you have the reservation, you'll have a spot waiting for you.
