Being that there's just a shade over two months to the festival, I figured I should start making my playlist for the drive there and back. (Too early? Naah...)
Not counting any of the performers at the 10KLF, what will you be listening to?

Panic and Pearl Jam mostly...
Probably throw on Jam On or some classic rock on my sirius for awhile here and there for variety
Standard road trip fare for us...

Excellent post QD. But I can't exclude bands on the 10KLF docket. On my 9-hour drive I'll be heavily Panic'd...Surprise Valley, Travelin' Light, Tall Boy, Wonderin', Fishwater, etc. all culminating with a rousing live rendition of Ain't Life Grand when I pull into the grounds (I'll be playing that a lot over the fest). But I may sneak some My Morning Jacket, and even some Yo La Tengo (I know, it doesn't fit) in there too. Now you've got me thinking...better load up the iPod.

Great question and NO it's not too early. Since my friends and I have a LONG 3 day drive, we've already started planning such things. So far (not including 10kLF bands) we've started playlists like...1. Old 80's Hair bands, 2. Songs with the word mother *@er in it, 3. Girlie sing along songs, etc....We are not driving my car and will miss my XM radio. Here here to JamON!

Thought I'd share mine, even though no one's asked. I'm grabbing a long of stuff to sing along to, since I'll be alone in the car with no one to bother. I've got a big random mix, with John Butler, Nick Cave, Jack Johnson, Soul Coughing, Ani Difranco, Everclear, the Beatles, Cake, Iron & Wine, Great Big Sea, the Cranberries, Imogen Heap, Regina Spektor, Jeremy Messersmith, and a good mix of popular 90's music (Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, etc.)
